寸松庵型（すんしょうあんがた）は六角形の形状が特徴的な灯篭です。三大置燈籠の一つで、仁和寺の茶室「飛濤亭」にあることで有名です。
庭石や飛び石のような土台石の上に置くとより引き立ち、小さいながらも豊かな灯りを演出してくれる逸品です。
基礎や竿、中台がないシンプルな構造で、一石造りの笠と火袋の2部材で構成されています。
国産みかげ石の代表格、茨城県産真壁石を使用
真壁石は、茨城県桜井市真壁地区で採石される花崗岩（白御影石）です。赤坂離宮にも使用されている石材で、関東地区を中心に、国産みかげの代表として知られています。真壁石の特徴は、経年による変色が少ないこと。吸水率は低くはありませんが、水はけが良く、美しい石目が長年お楽しみいただけます。全く変化しないわけではなく、時代とともに重厚感が増し、使うほどに味が出てくるのも、真壁石の魅力です。

The Sunshoan style lantern is characterized by its hexagonal shape. It is one of the three great garden lanterns and is famous for being located in the tea room "Hitoutei" at Ninna-ji Temple. When placed on a base stone, such as a garden stone or stepping stones, it stands out beautifully, creating a rich illumination despite its small size. The lantern features a simple structure without a base, pole, or intermediate platform, consisting of just two components: a one-piece cap and the firebox.
Using Ibaraki Stone, Domestically Produced Granite
Makabe stone is a granite mined in the Makabe area of Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It is a stone material used even in the Akasaka Palace and is known as a representative of Mikage stones, primarily in the Kanto region. One of the characteristics of Mikage stone is its minimal discoloration over the years. Although it has a moderate water absorption rate, it has good drainage, allowing you to enjoy its beautiful stone grain for many years. While it doesn't remain completely unchanged, its dignified appearance increases over time, and its charm deepens with use.
