細かい彫刻を得意とする、石材技能士による彫刻

メモリアルペットの彫刻を手がけるのは、日本の三大石材産地の一つ、愛知県岡崎市で活躍する石工。細かい彫刻や、愛らしい石造品の制作が得意な、女性の石工です。毛並みの動きまで細やかに彫り上げ、模様や毛の色も手作業で丁寧にペイント。雨や水に濡れても落ちない塗料を使用しているので、屋外に置くこともできます。

どの角度からみてもその姿を思い起こすように、後ろ姿まで丁寧に再現します。
姿は座った姿だけでなく、寝ている姿や立ち姿など、お気に入りのポーズで制作することもできます！

愛知県産、小呂石を使用した、国産・国内加工

使用する石材は、愛知県産の小呂石。硬くキメの細かいの石で彫刻に最適で、石碑やモニュメントなど幅広く使われる石です。小呂石も青白い色合いの「小呂青石」とクリーム色をした「小呂錆石」があり、雰囲気や毛の色の印象にあわせて石を選びます。目には黒い石をいれており、目が輝いているので、いきいきとした印象を与えます。
